[Steering Committee] Sc meeting

I don't recall getting any email and I was curious about this as well.
This weekend I will be working on getting the .NET group to be
recognized as a 503c and was wanting to see what progress I could make
for the JUG as well. I will probably (more than likely) need paperwork
from the group.

I can't meet today but could any other day this week.
