[Steering Committee] Fwd: [OKC JUG] Java Development Contract

Dare I suggest this, but do you guys think we should have something more
official for tracking things like this? Not like a CRM, but something
similar to an issue tracker so we assign things but also see what needs to
be taken up and execute.

It seems like some people have contact information for some contacts but
other members do not.

Also it would be nice to have a place to go to and see possible/present/past
sponsors and speakers as well. I have just seen where things get lost too
easily in emails.

Too official?
