[Steering Committee] sponsor - object stream

I saw Biju this morning and he wanted me to let you know that he still wants
to sponsor the jug, he just hasn't had time to take care of it.

If I understood him correctly, we should let Leslie Weaver know who to make
the check out to and what address to send it to.
