[Steering Committee] steering committee meeting announcement?

Hi guys,

I started an announcement for the steering committee meeting, but I wanted
you to add something about the elections and anything else I forgot before I
blasted it to the list



We will be holding our Steering Committee meeting this month at
ObjectStream's offices

on Friday, February 26 from 11:30 to 12:30.  We'd love to hear your input
and ideas for the JUG, all are welcome.  Lunch is not provided, but many of
us will be bringing one along.
