I'm slow, but you already knew that. :)

Here my notes:

    * Contact Greg B about a possible March presentation
    * Remember to announce the SC meeting on the main list
    * Jason will contact Alex Miller (@PureDanger) about his email from
      December
    * Ryan will talk to Objectstream and see where things stand
    * Chad G will ask about a mic for the presenter before our next meeting
    * Topic suggestions: Terracotta, Hudson
    * Get Rod to speak?
    * Jason: Define positions concretely. Announce elections

And here is my shot at job descriptions. Please correct, tweak,
completely rewrite, etc as you see fit. Once we're happy with these,
I'll send out an email to main list announcing the upcoming elections
and providing the descriptions we finally adopt.

    * President: The president's primary responsibilities include
      running the monthly meeting(s), insuring that each meeting has a
      speaker/topic scheduled, our financial responsibilities are met,
      announcements are made, the web site is updated, etc. While the
      execution of some these tasks are the responsibilities of others,
      the president is ultimately responsible to make sure they happen.
      The President may also be expected, if feasible, to represent the
      JUG at various community meetings where such a meeting is
      appropriate and our presence has been requested.
    * Vice President: The Vice President is expected, in the President's
      absence, to fulfill the roles of that office. Additionally, the
      Vice President handles the contacting of and coordination with our
      sponsors. His primary responsibility is to insure that we have
      sufficient sponsorships to cover our current and expected future
      expenses.
    * Treasurer: The Treasure is responsible to taking donations from
      sponsors and depositing those funds in the JUG bank account. He
      is also responsible for cutting checks (either physical or
      electronic) to pay for expenses incurred by the JUG. He should be
      up-to-date (or become so in a reasonable amount of time) on the
      current balance in any and all JUG bank accounts.
