[Steering Committee] steering committee meeting announcement?

Jason Lee sent out the email for the Feb. meeting with all the
information about the elections, but I think it wouldn't hurt to
repeat it. Just to drive the point home that voting will take place at
the March meeting.

But how are we going to take an absentee ballet? Who should they email?
