[Steering Committee] thinkgeek and taxes

I talked to my mom (she is a CPA) and if we are a nonprofit and made
less than 25k, then it is not required to file a tax return.

But there are a lot of things I don't know that I couldn't answer for
her - are we a nonprofit, do we have a federal tax id.

She said she would be willing to help out, but she needs more info.
