I don't see any real problem.  The VP of JUG handles the fund raising 
side, so there shouldn't be any direct conflict there. I think the 
biggest problem for you would be the time commitment, but that's your 
call.  I hope you withdraw your withdrawal, as I'm planning on voting 
for you. :P
