[Steering Committee] OKCJUG Steering Committee Nominations

Well, I was thinking there might be a conflict of interest of fund raising.
I don't want to be put into the position of getting blame for getting
funding for the okcDG and not the JUG (vice-versa as well).

If the SC is okay with me being the VP of the okcDG as well, then I would
withdraw my withdraw :)
