[Steering Committee] Preparation for October Meeting

Hi committee,

Here's what we need to do for the meeting:
1. Post the meeting on the site (requires Brett's Bio, Title, Abstract, Mug
Shot)
2. Update the Registration Page
3. Send Announcement to the mailing list
4. Figure out who is going to run the meeting.  I have Jury Duty, so I can't
do it.
