[Steering Committee] Extending our sponsorship offerings

TekSystems is looking for something at a lower price point than a $300
meeting, and another local company would like to know how much it would cost
to put a Job Posting on the site.  Since we reserve that for sponsors, I was
thinking the following:

$25/month gets your banner on our site (which TekSystems might go for for
next year)
$50 gets your job opportunity posted on our site

Any thoughts?  I just pulled the numbers out of thin air, so feel free to
pull your own.  The idea is lower price points for some sponsors who might
not want to plunk down $300, without giving the usual meeting sponsors an
excuse to stop doing meetings.
