[Steering Committee] OKCJUG Twitter and GroupTweet Setup.

It seems that GroupTweet wasn't working since they changed the way their
service works... I guess we had to go in and agree to their ToS again since
they now have a premium service. Now you should be able to post OKCJUG
tweets by sending DMs to @okcjug. If someone needs to be followed by @okcjug
in order to be able to send it DMs just let this list know... someone will
make that so if deemed appropriate.
