[Steering Committee] Dissolving the OKCJUG corporation

I found an article

on what it would entail.  We've already voted on it, and I'll volunteer to
figure out and file the Articles of Dissolution.  I'm not sure whether I'll
need other officers' signatures on things, but I'll reach out when I figure
that out.
