[Steering Committee] Meetup Group

I don't mind the assimilation, especially if the JUG itself will some 
day (soon?) itself be assimilated. If the latter isn't going to happen, 
then we might as well just register it ourselves. I wonder if we can 
register it, then transfer it Techlahoma later...
