[Steering Committee] July 12 meeting

I'll be out of town unfortunately :( Let's put out the call, we need 2-4
people willing to run a table. All they really need to do is have an idea
for something people can code, and help them get set up.  I was going to
run a Project Euler table, if someone wants to steal that idea
