[Steering Committee] Lunch on Wednesday

As the only attending member of the Steering Committee, it fell upon me to
do the minutes.  The group was able to easily come to some unanimous
decisions:

- Next week's topic will be Kotlin.
- We will start including ham and pineapple as one of the pizza choices
- Surprisingly, Eclipse is the best and most popular IDE!
