[Steering Committee] Possible Speakers

I just sent emails to some peeps I know at Google and Pivotal to see if 
their respective companies will send them out present for us. Google 
would be gRPC, based on my discussions with Ray at JavaOne, and Pivotal 
would be, of course, something Spring-related (I suggest Spring Boot in 
action or some other microservice topic).
