[Steering Committee] Steering Committee Meeting

I can't be at the February meeting :(.  Here are some ideas:

We could do a hack-day, even an "open hack day" where it's just a chance to
bring your own projects you've been meaning to work on.

For later months, I've been doing some fun stuff with configuration and
secrets using Hashicorp Consul and Vault with Spring Boot.  I could have a
talk on that ready for April.
