[Steering Committee] August SC Meeting

According to schedule, we're supposed to meet tomorrow, but I will be 
working at home, as I have shuttle service duty for my older son. We can 
meet without me, or we can do this over email, Skype, etc. IIRC, 
Kenyatta has agreed to talk. If he's still game, we need a bio and an 
abstract.

I can give more updates here, but I'll wait to see how everyone wants to 
handle the logistics of this month's SC meeting.
