[Steering Committee] December Meeting

I'll make things easy and volunteer for the December meeting. I'll have 
to work something up, which isn't a big deal, but I'll take some input. 
:) KotlinConf is going right now, and you all know my fascination with 
the language, so I'll probably do something with Kotlin. Again. :) What 
would you rather see? Web app development with Ktor, or Android 
development with Anko? I'm leaning toward Anko, for what's it worth, but 
I thought I'd ask.
