[Steering Committee] July Meeting

I'm up for one, the next time I'm able to make it. I'm out of town this
month but August is a possibility.

I could show some fun things on Google Cloud with containers and/or app
engine, or maybe netflix feign/ribbon/hystrix REST consumers on spring boot.
