Hello all,


The JCP is celebrating its 20-year anniversary and we want the JUGs around
the world to join us!


If your JUG is already a Partner Member of the JCP program, use this form
to submit a request for a JCP 20-year JUG Kit for your JUG. We will send
the kit to the address specified.  If your JUG is not a Partner Member of
the JCP program yet, join us now by following these simple steps (while
supplies last - preference given to JCP Members)!

Each kit will include a JCP presentation, banner, 20-year special items and
a raffle prize. Help us celebrate this incredible milestone at your local
meeting.
