[Steering Committee] Re-restarting the JUG

Good afternoon! You know the drill: got busy at work and then was
literally on PTO for 3/4 of June. :P At any rate, getting back on things
here.

Ryan, if you want to take care of the Techlahoma application, that would
be great. I don't mind doing it either, but we probably just need one of
us to do it :P For the remainder of the year, we can hop around
vagabond-style, or maybe see if Clevyr might be willing to host for a
bit (or long term, I guess. They do a lot of that kind of thing, but I
don't know what their general plan is in that regard).

  * The web site it completely hosed. Not sure how. I've been working on
a non-WP setup (Jekyll + GH Pages), but PTO got in the way. I'll get
    back on that.
  * Twitter and GH creds secured (and stored in 1Password ATM. We can
find a shared system at some point. LastPass or Bitwarden, maybe, as
    they're free)
  * Still haven't emailed the main list. Trying to decide if I should
wait until there are more details, or just do it. Will probably do
    it tomorrow. :)

More than happy to shoot for another lunch (Tues/Thurs are out for me,
unless it HAS to be on one of those days :).
