[Steering Committee] Re-restarting the JUG

Great. How does next week sound? Somewhere along the Expressway seems to 
be central enough for everyone, but I'm open so suggestion.

Also, while I have everyone's attention, I've been working on revamping 
the site. I grabbed a free template (because I'm a geek and not a 
designer) and put together this Jekyll site: https://okcjug.org/

We can change the template, etc, but I think I prefer the static 
approach. You wouldn't believe all of the spam/hack changes made to the 
content over the years. I've tried to clean it up, but there's likely 
more still there...
