[Steering Committee] September Meeting

I haven't gotten any volunteers or offers, so in the interests of 
keeping things alive, I will put together a presentation myself and 
schedule/announce at some point today a September meeting. I'm going to 
cover JBang (https://www.jbang.dev). I don't know the exact contents 
yet, as I haven't worked out an outline. Scheduling the meeting will 
force me to do that. :P

Ryan, can you see about scheduling that open room at Starspace again? 
That worked well last time, I think. I'm guessing an evening meeting, 
say 6:00? It's so hard to tell, which is preferred, so we may just have 
to pick one and hope for the best.

I have a (soft?) commitment from one of the KC JUG leaders to present in 
November, and I have probably one or two more presentations I can put 
together to round out the year if needed. In the interim, we need to 
evaluate whether the JUG is needed/wanted enough to keep alive, given 
the difficulty I'm having finding presenters. I guess we can fall back 
to an ad hoc scheduling, but that's hardly conducive to synergy or 
momentum. We'll see. For now, we'll get September taken care of, then 
worry about existential questions. :)
