<div dir="ltr">I was trying to think of duties/needed tasks that are currently being done then applying some sort of name to them.  So, what all is currently being done and will be needed after the incorporation?<br><br>Someone to keep the official record (meeting notes, attendance, etc of the required board meetings)<br>
Attendance and consolidation of reviews from the JUG presentation<br>Accounting<br>Getting Donations (cash and giveaways)<br>Getting Speakers<br>Getting the room reserved<br>Setup and tear down after the JUG presentations<br>

We should probably define the positions.   I'd assume that we would have officers.  With that assumption, we would have a President, Treasurer, Vice President, and Secretary.  I'm sure I've forgotten some positions and names could change, but we need to start somewhere. We do need a brief description of each role.<br>

I think we'd only need president, veep, and treasurer.  We need more than one for sure, but too many would be harder to manage than I think we want to put on ourselves.  Unless you're volunteering.  I think Scott said he wanted treasurer... :P<div>
