<div>You may remember that Derrick Parkhurst of the OKC CoCo offered the services of one of his partners, Chad Henderson (@elmofromok), to create for us a new logo. Chad and I met about a week ago to discuss what we had in mind. Below is something he has come up with. Let me know what you think. I kinda like it. I suggested that something simple and elegant like the CoCo logo would be nice, and I think this fits the bill quite nicely. I told him we didn't want anything "redneckish" or Indian (check!) and he shot down some very Oklahoman icons, tornados and oil wells, for example, as to scary and too hated (given recent gas price history).
