[Steering Committee] Meetup.com/December meeting

Awesome! I created the Meetup group. Invite to join:
http://meetu.ps/c/2X7Zx/tv3cc/f

I just need to know who to promote to co-organizer. Techlahoma has to
remain organizer for the billing and connecting the group to our Meetup Pro
page <http://www.meetup.com/pro/Techlahoma/>, but co-organizer has all the
same permissions.

The amazing Ava of StarSpace46 made the logo.

When you make a meetup event:
 - A github issue for food orders will be created at
github.com/techlahoma/techlahoma/issues
<https://github.com/techlahoma/techlahoma/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3Apizza>
 - A github issue for reserving SS46 will be created at
github.com/techlahoma/user-groups/issues
<https://github.com/techlahoma/user-groups/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3Ascheduling>
(but only if meetup venue is set to "StarSpace 46")
 - an event is made on our internal google calendar dedicated to triggering
slack announcements 3 hours before the event starts.

If we can connect Techlahoma's Buffer account to OKC JUG's twitter, we can
also help automate tweet announcements for new meetup events as they are
created. That would require granting Techlahoma access to your user group
twitter account though. So even though Techlahoma has no intention of
tweeting anything other than announcements of OKC JUG events from the OKC
JUG twitter, I understand it is still a lot to ask.

If something looks off, speaking up in #usergroup-organizers channel of our
slack usually yields the fastest response rate.

Thanks,
