[Steering Committee] July 12 meeting

So, is it settled that we will have a hackathon for July's meeting. I need
to be getting the website and G+ updated with the meeting details.

Who will in charge of setting up each of the stations. This sounds like a
great idea but I am worried about how all of this will go down. We haven't
had any discussions on any of it.
