[Steering Committee] Is there anybody out there?

Now that Covid-19 is ..., well, hopefully I don't jinx it... behind us, I
wouldn't mind meeting again, also contributing some $ for food, etc.

I've been living rather happily on the Typescript ecosystem (Node on the
back, React on web and mobile), with a little bit of Rust. So no Java for
me for about 2 years, but this still has a place in my heart (mostly
melancholy). It seems the whole GraalVM can bring some good traction for
Java on the cloud finally. I'd be interested in your perspective on
Typescript and Rust type systems vs Java - they seem far more advanced and
at the same time easier to use based on my experience.
