Thoughts, anyone? :) Could we pull of a September meeting, then have
Bruno Souza some time in October?
Speaking of Bruno, he's going to be in the US for JavaOne in October.
He's going to rent an RV and drive around the middle of the country
visiting the local JUGs. He'd love to stop in OKC again, so we just need
to find a date that works for him. I told that, given our current state,
we should be extremely flexible in scheduling, so he's going to try to
finalize his schedule, and then we can slot in when he's passing
through. I hope that works for everyone. :)
Last Thursday, I presented remotely for the St Louis JUG and saw that
they had a number of sponsors: IntelliJ with IDEA licenses, JFrog for
meetup.com and zoom subscriptions, Manning with e-books, and a host of
others. I'm going to talk more to their SC and see if I can get their
contacts with those companies and try to work something out for us well.
*Brian*, would you (or anyone else) happen to recall how to log in to
the OKC JUG YouTube account? It's out there, but has been idle for
years. We can create a new one, but I'd rather not. :)
